    Seeking an experienced lawyer who has practiced in the capital markets area who will help meet the continuing knowledge needs of the Capital Markets Group. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of relevant transactional experience (including IPOs and investment-grade and high-yield debt).

  • Capital Markets Group – Mid-Level 
    Seeking mid-level associates to join our Capital Markets Group. The ideal candidate will have at least 3-5 years of relevant experience.

  • Credit Group – Mid-Level/Senior
    Seeking mid-level/senior associates to join our Credit Group, representing borrowers and lenders in a broad range of lending transactions. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of relevant experience.

  • Credit Group – Practice Resource Associate
    Seeking an experienced lawyer who has practiced in the bank financing area (and in particular acquisition finance) who will help to develop and implement projects designed to meet the knowledge needs of the Credit Group. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of relevant experience.

Northern California Office

  • General Corporate Group – Mid-Level Associate
    Seeking a mid-level associate to join our general corporate practice. The practice conducts transactions in capital markets, M&A, IPOs and general corporate advisory work. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of transactional experience.
